We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.
You understand that your content (excluding credit card data) may be transferred unencrypted over networks. Payment information is always encrypted and securely processed.

4. Accuracy and Modifications
While we strive to provide accurate, up-to-date information, we do not guarantee that all content on this site is complete or current. We may update product descriptions, prices, or policies at any time without notice. You agree it is your responsibility to monitor changes.
5. Products and Services
We sell personalised printed and digital children’s books, made to order based on customer input. Product visuals are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the final printed product.
We reserve the right to limit sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, and to discontinue or change offerings at any time.
6. Billing and Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears fraudulent, unauthorised, or in breach of these Terms.
7. Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. We aim to deliver within 4 business days within South Africa, but cannot be held responsible for courier delays or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
8. Returns and Refunds
Because our products are personalised and made-to-order, we do not accept returns unless the product arrives defective or damaged.
If there is a production error or damage in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Verified cases will be reprinted and shipped at no extra cost.
9. Personal Information & Image Uploads
To create personalised books, you may be asked to upload images of your child. These are processed using AI to generate the custom illustrations.
By uploading images, you confirm that:
• You are the child’s parent, guardian, or have full legal consent to use the images
• You grant Picture Me (Pty) Ltd permission to use the images only to produce and deliver your book
Image Privacy Commitment
• Uploaded images are used solely for book production
• Once printing is complete, images are permanently deleted from our servers
• We do not store, reuse, or share any images
This process is fully compliant with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
10. Intellectual Property
All content, artwork, branding, and logos on this site are the intellectual property of Picture Me (Pty) Ltd and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
11. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to misuse the site. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Violating any laws or regulations
• Uploading malicious code or software
• Infringing on copyright or intellectual property
• Engaging in harassment, discrimination, or abuse
• Spamming, scraping, or phishing
We reserve the right to terminate access for users who engage in prohibited conduct.
12. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
All products and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Picture Me (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
