At Picture Me, each storybook is custom-made using the images and names you provide. Because your book is uniquely created for your child, we are only able to accept returns or issue refunds under specific conditions, outlined below.
1. Personalised Orders Are Non-Refundable
Because each book is individually printed and tailored to your child, we cannot offer cancellations, refunds, or returns once your order is in production.
2. Damaged or Defective Books
We take great care in crafting each book, but if yours arrives damaged or with a production defect, we’ll make it right.
To request a free replacement:

• 📎 Include your order number and photos clearly showing the issue
Once verified, we’ll reprint and deliver your book at no additional cost.
3. Incorrect Submission Details
Please double-check all personalisation details — including name spellings, image quality, and shipping information — before placing your order.
We cannot provide refunds or reprints due to errors entered by the customer.
4. Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver your book within 4 business days, Picture Me is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances.
5. No Exchange
Due to the personalised nature of our books, we are unable to offer exchanges.
