1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment and image upload.
Please ensure all customisation details are accurate to avoid delays.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Once your order is processed, printing and shipping usually take:
- 3–4 business days for major cities
- 5–7 business days for outlying or remote areas
3. Shipping Fees
We currently offer:
- Flat R99 delivery nationwide on single-book orders, anywhere in South Africa
- Free delivery on orders of 2 or more books
- No hidden fees — the delivery fee is shown in your cart before you reach checkout
4. Delivery Areas
We deliver to all regions within South Africa.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).
6. Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Incomplete or incorrect shipping information
- Courier service disruptions
- Missed delivery attempts
If your book hasn’t arrived within 7 business days, contact us at support@picture-me.co.za with your order number — we’re happy to help.
7. Damaged Deliveries
If your book arrives damaged, we’ll make it right.
Please email support@picture-me.co.za within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Once confirmed, we’ll reprint and resend your order at no extra cost.
