At Picture Me, we craft personalised storybooks that make your child the hero. We’re committed to ensuring your book is printed, packed, and delivered with care—from our studio in Cape Town to your doorstep.


1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment and image upload.

Please ensure all customisation details are accurate to avoid delays.


2. Delivery Timeframes

Once your order is processed, printing and shipping usually take:

3–4 business days for major cities

5–7 business days for outlying or remote areas

Note: These are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery may vary during peak seasons or due to courier delays.

3. Shipping Fees

We currently offer:

Free shipping nationwide as part of our soft launch promotion (limited time only)

No hidden fees — the price you see is the price you pay


4. Delivery Areas

We deliver to all regions within South Africa.

International shipping is not yet available.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

Please double-check that your email and delivery address are correct at checkout.

6. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Incomplete or incorrect shipping information

Courier service disruptions

Missed delivery attempts

If your book hasn’t arrived within 7 business days, contact us at support@picture-me.co.za with your order number — we’re happy to help.


7. Damaged Deliveries

If your book arrives damaged, we’ll make it right.

Please email support@picture-me.co.za within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Once confirmed, we’ll reprint and resend your order at no extra cost.
